■ Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of defective items or incorrect deliveries, and only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used or opened items, or for requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Products purchased through third parties, received as gifts, transferred, or obtained as second-hand items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • When purchasing multiple blind box items, duplicate designs may occur. Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted for this reason.

■ Cancellations

 

  • Cancellations due to customer preference are not accepted once the order has been confirmed.

■ Shipping


  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
    We do not process shipments on weekends or public holidays. As a result, orders placed on Fridays or around public holidays may require additional time for shipment.
  • Shipping schedules may vary depending on order volume or peak periods.
  • If multiple items with different shipping schedules are ordered together, they will be shipped according to the item with the latest shipping date. If you require faster delivery, please place separate orders for each item.
