Terms and Conditions of colleize Membership Loyalty Program
(Updated and effective as of April 9, 2026)
OVERVIEW
The colleize Membership Loyalty Program (the “Program”) is a customer loyalty program offered by Brave group APAC (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). The Program allows participating members (“Members”) to earn rewards points (“Points”) by making qualifying purchases and/or participating in activities and/or promotional offers as determined by the Company. Points may be redeemed for specific rewards (“Rewards”) and other benefits offered under the Program.
The purpose of the Program is to reward and thank colleize Store customers for their continued support. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to become a Members or to participate at the Bronze Level membership tier. Participation in the Program is voluntary; you are not required to become a Members in order to purchase products from the Company.
1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the Effective Date set forth above (the “Program Effective Date”) and shall remain in force unless and until amended or terminated by the Company.
1.2 As of the Effective Date, these Terms and Conditions supersede any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions in effect for the Program, if any.
1.3 By becoming a Members, registering for, or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and any revisions thereto, as they become effective. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please do not register or participate in the Program.
1.4 The Company reserves the right to evaluate and adjust the Program’s structure periodically. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to
(a) change the number of Points earned for a particular purchase or activity;
(b) adjust how Points or Rewards are obtained, calculated, or redeemed;
(c) modify expiry periods or conditions under which Points are forfeited; and/or
(d) discontinue or alter membership tiers and their respective benefits.
Any such amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication via the following Official Channels or other communication channels designated by the Company:

1.5 The Program is for personal use only and must not be used for any commercial or resale purposes.
1.6 Members who have violated, or are in violation of, these Terms and Conditions shall be ineligible to participate in the Program. In such event, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately suspend or terminate the relevant member’s account without prior notice.
1.7 The Company reserves the right to cancel the Program at any time. Such cancellation may result in the forfeiture of all existing Points, for which the Company shall not be liable.
2. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Membership is open to natural individuals only.
2.2 You must be at least twenty (20) years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. If you are under twenty (20) years of age, you may participate in the Program only with the prior consent of your parent or legal guardian. Your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and Conditions and shall be responsible for your participation in the Program.
2.3 If you are under twenty (20) years of age and in the absence of such consent, you must refrain from accessing or using the Program immediately.
2.4 By registering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.
2.5 The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke membership at its sole discretion.
3. MEMBERSHIP
3.1 To participate in the Program, you must complete the registration process via the LINE platform, accessible through a QR code or link provided at colleize stores, via the Company’s LINE Official Account (@colleize_th), or through other channels designated by the Company.
3.2 You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your name, mobile phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, purchasing branch, province of residence, and any other information as may be required.
3.3 Upon successful completion of the registration process, membership will be granted automatically. Members may access their account (“Member Account”) via the Company’s LINE Official Account (@colleize_th) or such other channels as designated by the Company.
3.4 The Member Account will contain your personal information as provided during registration. You may update certain information within your Member Account, subject to system functionality and any limitations of the LINE Platform, including, for example, your phone number, first name, last name, email address, gender, and province of residence. However, certain information, including your date of birth and age, cannot be amended by you. If any changes to such information are required, you must contact the Company using the contact details set out in Section 16.
3.5 Membership is personal and not be transferred, assigned, or shared with any other person.
3.6 Any attempt to obtain multiple memberships, whether by using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or any other means, may result in disqualification, suspension, or termination of Membership and forfeiture of Points and Rewards.
3.7 You are responsible for regularly reviewing and keeping yourself informed of any amendments, account updates, and any official communications issued by the Company from time to time, and the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to do so.
3.8 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Membership that is in breach of these Terms and Conditions or is suspected of unauthorised, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
3.9 All personal data collected in connection with Membership shall be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, which is provided in the Company’s Online Store (https://th.colleize.com/th/policies/privacy-policy). By joining the Program, you consent to such collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data.
4. POINTS ACCUMULATION
4.1 Members may earn Points through eligible purchases from colleize store(s) (“Qualifying Purchases”), whether made at physical retail location(s) or through online channel(s), as well as through other activities as determined by the Company from time to time. Points shall be credited to the Member Account upon completion and verification of the relevant Qualifying Purchases. The Company reserves the right to exclude specific products, services, or categories from being considered Qualifying Purchases at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
4.2 To earn Points, Members may be required to scan a QR code at physical retail locations and/or provide the mobile number linked to their Members Account. The Company reserves the right to require either or both methods for Points to be credited.
4.3 Members will earn [one (1) Point for every fifty (50) Thai Baht] spent on Qualifying Purchases. Points are calculated based on the purchase amount, inclusive of applicable taxes and/or service charges, but excluding discounts and any amounts paid using cash coupons or similar instruments.
4.4 Where the Qualifying Purchase amount does not result in a whole number, the amount shall be rounded down to the nearest whole Baht for the purpose of calculating Points.
4.5 The methods of earning Points and the number of Points awarded may be varied, suspended, or withdrawn at the Company’s sole discretion.
4.6 If a Qualifying Purchase is cancelled or refunded (in whole or in part) due to the return of a product in accordance with the Company’s return policy, any Points earned from such Qualifying Purchase shall be forfeited or adjusted accordingly. Where such Points have already been redeemed, the Company reserves the right to deduct the equivalent number of Points from the Member Account or to take such other action as it deems appropriate to recover the value of such Points.
4.7 Points are not the property of the Members, have no monetary value, and may only be used for redemption of Rewards under the Program. Points may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged.
4.8 The Points cannot be used by any other promotions unless it is clearly stated otherwise in such other promotions.
4.9 The Company reserves the right to adjust, revoke, or cancel Points in the event of errors, system malfunctions, or suspected misuse or abuse of the Program. The Company shall have no obligation to notify the Members of the reasons for such action, but may do so at its sole discretion, including by displaying such information on the Member Page accessible via the Member Account (“Member Page”).
5. MEMBERSHIP TIERS
5.1 Members may be assigned to different membership tiers based on their accumulated Points. The criteria for tier qualification, including the number of Points required for tier upgrades, shall be determined by the Company.
5.2 Tier status is evaluated based on Points earned over a rolling 12-month period. Tier upgrades are processed immediately upon reaching the required Point threshold. Tier downgrades occur at the end of each calendar month if the member's qualifying Points from the preceding 12 months fall below the current tier requirement due to Point expiration.
5.3 Points accumulation rates and benefits may vary depending on the applicable membership tier.
6. POINTS REDEMPTION & REWARDS
6.1 Members may redeem Points for discount coupons, products, experiences, complimentary store-exclusive items, or to participate in promotions and special offers, or for other benefits as determined by the Company (“Rewards”), through the Member Page, subject to availability and sufficient Points balance.
6.2 The number of Points required for each Reward is determined by the Company and may be changed at any time at its sole discretion.
6.3 Members may view their Points balance and available Rewards on the Member Page.
6.4 To redeem Points, Members must select the desired Reward and follow the instructions provided on the Member Page. Redemption is only permitted where the Members has accumulated sufficient Points.
6.5 Rewards are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity.
6.6 Upon redemption, the required number of Points will be deducted from the Member’s Account. All redemptions are final and cannot be reversed, refunded, or exchanged.
6.7 All Points must be redeemed prior to their expiry or the termination of the Program, whichever occurs first.
6.8 The Company may, at its sole discretion, add, modify, or remove Rewards at any time. If a Reward becomes unavailable, the Company reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
6.9 Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are void where prohibited by applicable law. Each Reward may be subject to additional terms and conditions that will be provided to Members in conjunction with the Reward. These terms and conditions may address such matters as the expiration date of the Reward; the purchase or other requirements to obtain or use the Reward; any limitations or restrictions on obtaining, retaining or using the Reward.
6.10 Once redeemed, Rewards may not be replaced, reimbursed, or exchanged for cash, credit, or other Rewards under any circumstances.
6.11 Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise specified by the Company.
6.12 Where Rewards consist of discount coupons, only one (1) coupon may be used per transaction unless otherwise specified.
6.13 The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any redemption request at its sole discretion.
6.14 Rewards are offered on a first-come, first-served basis based on when each order for a Reward is received by the system. The Company shall not be responsible for any inability to redeem Rewards due to unavailability, system limitations, or circumstances beyond its control.
6.15 Rewards are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties, whether express or implied.
7. VALIDITY AND EXPIRY OF POINTS
7.1 Points shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date they are earned through a Qualifying Purchase (“Validity Period”) and shall expire at the end of the calendar month in which the expiry date falls. For example, if Points are earned on 6 April 2026, such Points will expire on 30 April 2027.
7.2 Any unused Points will automatically expire upon the end of the Validity Period and will not be reinstated.
7.3 Members shall not be entitled to any compensation from the Company in respect of expired or forfeited Points.
7.4 The Company is not obligated to provide prior notice of Points expiry.
8. USE OF LINE MYCUSTOMER PLATFORM
8.1 The Program is operated through LINE MyCustomer, a third-party platform (“Third-Party Platform”). A Member’s use of any Third-Party Platform shall be subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the relevant provider and not these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law:
(a) the Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to any Third-Party Platform;
(b) the Company disclaims all liability arising from or in connection with the use of any Third-Party Platform; and
(c) as between the Company and the Members, the Members shall be solely responsible for complying with all applicable terms and conditions of the Third-Party Platform.
8.3 The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any interruption, delay, error, malfunction, or failure arising from or relating to the Third-Party Platform.
9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Members shall not, whether directly or indirectly:
(a) Engage in any fraudulent, dishonest, or abusive conduct in connection with the Program;
(b) Manipulate, exploit, or misuse the Points system or Reward mechanisms;
(c) Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
(d) Use the Program for any unlawful, illegal, or unauthorised purpose;
(e) Attempt to gain multiple memberships or otherwise circumvent these Terms and Conditions; or
(f) Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Program or any related systems.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate any suspected misconduct and to suspend or terminate Membership, revoke Points and Rewards, and/or take any other appropriate action without prior notice and the Company reserves the right to claim indemnity, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or in connection with such prohibited from the Members.
10. NO WARRANTIES
The Program and all Rewards are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind (including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with:
(a) participation in the Program;
(b) the earning, redemption, or use of Points or Rewards;
(c) any interruption, delay, system failure, failures in devices, mobile networks, internet connectivity or technical malfunction;
(d) unauthorised access to or use of a Member’s account, Points, or Rewards; or
(e) any circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
12. WAIVER
Any failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
Any waiver shall apply only to the specific instance in which it is granted and shall not prevent the Company from enforcing its rights in the future.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, waive compliance with these Terms and Conditions or offer targeted promotions or additional benefits to selected Members from time to time.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
13.1 Account Audit
The Company reserves the right to audit any Member Account at any time without prior notice to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions, including verification of Points, transactions, and Reward redemptions.
13.2 Points and Transaction Adjustments
The Company may, at its sole discretion, adjust, deduct, cancel, or reverse any Points, Rewards, or transactions where it determines that they were granted in error or obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
13.3 Interpretation
The Company shall have sole discretion in interpreting these Terms and Conditions and administering the Program, and its decisions shall be final and binding.
In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
13.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. TERMINATION
14.1 Termination of Membership
The Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate a Member’s participation in the Program for any reason, including breach of these Terms and Conditions.
14.2 Termination of Program
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of Membership or the Program, all unredeemed Points and unused Rewards shall be immediately forfeited without compensation.
14.4 Termination by Members
Members may request termination of their account at any time by contacting the Company via the email address specified in Section 16. Members are not able to delete their account directly through the Program. Any request for account termination shall be final and irreversible once processed by the Company. Upon termination of Membership, all accumulated Points, Account history, and Rewards shall be automatically forfeited and shall not be reinstated, refunded, or transferred in any manner.
14.5 Termination for Inactivity
Any Member account that remains inactive (i.e., a lack of point-earning or redemption activity) for a consecutive period of two (2) years shall be subject to automatic deletion from the system. Upon such deletion, all accumulated Points, account history, and Rewards shall be forfeited in their entirety and cannot be recovered or reinstated.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
