Terms and Conditions of colleize LINE Official Account

1.  GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1  These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the Effective Date set forth above (the “Servise Effective Date”) and shall remain in force unless and until amended or terminated by the Company.

1.2  As of the Effective Date, these Terms and Conditions supersede any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions in effect for the Servise, if any. 

1.3  By adding, following, or using the LINE Official Account (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and any revisions thereto, as they become effective. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please do not add, follow, or use the Service.

1.4  The Servise is for personal use only and must not be used for any commercial or resale purposes.


2.  USE OF LINE PLATFORM

2.1  The Service is operated through LINE and related third-party platforms (“Third-Party Platform”). A User’s use of any Third-Party Platform shall be subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the relevant provider and not these Terms and Conditions.

2.2  To the fullest extent permitted by law:

           (a) the Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to any Third-Party Platform;
           (b) the Company disclaims all liability arising from or in connection with the use of any Third-Party Platform; and
           (c) as between the Company and the Users, the Users shall be solely responsible for complying with all applicable terms and conditions of the Third-Party Platform.

2.3  The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any interruption, delay, error, malfunction, or failure arising from or relating to the Third-Party Platform.

3.  NO WARRANTIES

The Service and all related content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

4.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind (including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with:

           (a) use of or participation in the Service;
           (b) the use of any content or offers provided through the Service;
           (c) any interruption, delay, system failure, failures in devices, mobile networks, internet connectivity or technical malfunction;
           (d) unauthorised access to or use of a User’s account or related information; or
           (e) any circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control. 

5.  GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
