- The outer packaging (boxes, bags, backing cards, etc.) may show minor scratches, creases, dents, or tears caused during storage or distribution.
- Packaging is intended to protect the product, and if the product itself is not damaged, such conditions are not considered defects.
- In addition, some products may be delivered with foreign-language labels or price stickers attached. These are considered part of the product’s condition and are not regarded as defects.
- Returns or exchanges based on the above reasons will not be accepted. Please be aware of this before placing your order.
- If the product itself has clear damage or an initial defect, we will provide appropriate support.
